dag.ai represents my entrepreneurial AI engineering career. I have experience with Reinforcement Learning through Human Feedback (RLHF), building AI-powered solutions using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluating technical experts for coding competency and communication skills for the purposes of training AI models.

Ridgeline is the industry cloud platform for investment management. As the second most senior and second longest tenured member of Ridgeline's Market Data team, I leverage my years of experience with our proprietary systems to build and monitor complex integrations with external vendors, as well as provide critical new functionality as we rapidly onboard new customers with unique needs and workflows. Key recent contributions include designing and implementing internal API enhancements that powered a 1000x performance improvement in our V2 portfolio accounting system, ingesting securities in multiple currencies via our integration with Refinitiv's ICE Reference Data, support for ad hoc ingestion of historical corporate actions via ICE, and a new integration with Telemet to support daily automated ingestion of dividend announcements.

Apex is an API proxy for microservices. Designed for small teams that have just begun migrating from a monolith to a microservices architecture, it provides one place to log and control service-to-service traffic. Apex addresses several challenges introduced when services communicate over the network, such as debugging with distributed logs, duplicate logic in client libraries for API management, and defining and managing global and service-to-service configuration.
